It is SoloMate's policy to respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding any information we may collect while operating our service. This Privacy Policy applies to SoloMate AI (hereinafter, "us", "we", "SoloMate", or "the Service"), operated by imPriSe Solutions LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Service. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information may be collected, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service posted on our website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Service.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use the Service, or communicate with us. This includes:

• Account Information: When you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Business Context: Information you provide during onboarding or in your SoloMate IQ profile, such as your business name, industry, services, goals, and methodology.
• Content: Text, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service, including content you create or approve for publishing.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits.

2. Third-Party Integrations

SoloMate allows you to connect third-party services to enhance your experience. These connections are initiated by you and can be revoked at any time from your Settings. Once connected, SoloMate may access data from these services on an ongoing basis to provide you with timely insights, recommendations, and alerts. This access continues until you disconnect the integration. Connected services include:

• Google Calendar: To read your calendar events and surface meeting insights.
• Gmail: To read recent emails and identify follow-up opportunities.
• Google Drive: To read documents you designate as content sources and to store and manage content and media files created by SoloMate.
• LinkedIn: To publish content you have reviewed and approved.
• Notion: To read and write content ideas and drafts.
• Slack: To send you notifications about SoloMate activity. SoloMate does not collect data from your Slack workspace.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating personalized content, recommendations, and business insights based on your business context and data from your connected integrations.
• Deliver proactive features of the Service. Once you connect a third-party integration, SoloMate may periodically access data from that service to surface timely insights, reminders, and recommendations without requiring you to initiate each request. You can disconnect any integration at any time to stop this access.
• Process your data through third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses, content, and analysis. This processing is described further in Section 4.
• Communicate with you about the Service, including updates and support.
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience.

4. AI-Generated Content

SoloMate uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate content, insights, and recommendations. When you use the Service, information you have provided, including your business context, content from connected integrations, and conversation history, may be included in requests sent to our AI service providers for processing.

Our current AI service providers are OpenAI and Anthropic. These providers process your data solely to generate responses on behalf of SoloMate and are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their AI models. For details on how these providers handle data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or approve through the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your review and are not published or shared without your explicit approval.

5. How We Disclose Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Service Providers: We send data to OpenAI and Anthropic to generate AI-powered features of the Service. These providers process data solely to produce outputs for SoloMate and do not use your data for model training.
• Infrastructure Providers: The Service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Your data is processed and stored on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States.
• Other Service Providers: We may use additional third-party service providers for analytics, monitoring, and operational purposes. These providers process data only as instructed by us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of SoloMate, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: If imPriSe Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. OAuth tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Cookies

SoloMate uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are essential for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes. By continuing to use the Service, you consent to our use of cookies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Links to External Sites

The Service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
